CricCheetah may provide downloadable player cards, score cards, awards cards, or other generated match assets. These materials are provided on an “as available” basis and may reflect feed delays, formatting changes, or data corrections.

CricCheetah may modify, remove, or reformat generated assets at any time. Availability of a downloadable on one visit does not guarantee future availability of the same asset or format.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CricCheetah is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, timeliness, and accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CricCheetah and its operators, contributors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site.

This limitation includes loss of data, loss of business, loss of opportunity, reliance on site content, interruption of service, or issues caused by third-party providers, feeds, or links.
